Literally translated as “breath-synchronized movement,” Vinyasa Yoga consists of sequential, fluid-like transitions between sustained yoga postures. Connecting breath with body movement works to cultivate an internal awareness of both our physical and mental capacities. This class is designed with variations for all levels of the practice, and will offer instruction and challenges for every student, stretching and strengthening the body and mind alike.
