This class is designed to give you a taste of what you will experience in CorePower Yoga's 2-week BootCamp Program. The intense workouts involve circuit training, strength training, yoga, pilates, and plyometrics. If you want to lose fat, tone muscles, gain energy, and jumpstart your metabolism join us! This is a 60 minute class. Please bring supportive gym shoes, water bottle, and a yoga mat.
