. This Power Vinyasa-style class focuses on connecting your breath to your movement. It is taught at a slower pace in an unheated room with an emphasis on instructor demonstrations and hands-on adjustments. After taking five to ten C1 classes, you’ll have the experience you need to try a more advanced class.
