No matter where you are in your yoga journey, I will offer a judgement free place for you to practice in my home studio or a space of your choice. 

Getting Started                                                                                                         

Have you thought about taking a yoga class but feel intimidated by the studio setting? I would like to change that. In 6 weeks we will cover 12 core postures, breathing techniques, and the basics of meditation to get you started.

Are you a dedicated yogi looking for some one on one time?  A private session is a great way to focus on your personal goals. Our initial session will be 90 minutes to assess your goals, packages of 3 & 5 sessions available.

Wednesday: 10:00 AM  - Level 1 Vinyasa & 12:00 PM - Level 2 Vinyasa CorePower (Sauganash)

Thursday: 4:30 PM Yoga Sculpt CorePower (Sauganash)
