Would you like to implement a unique, in-office, wellness experience to support healthy & productive employees? I'll come to you and teach your team practical and tangible ways to apply the principles of yoga to everyday life through breathing techniques, mindfulness, and basic yoga postures tailored to the office environment. Classes range from 30-60 minutes and are accessbile to all levels of yoga ability.
No matter where you are in your yoga journey, I will offer a judgement free place for you to practice in my home studio, or a space of your choice.
Getting Started—Are you new to yoga or do you feel intimidate by the studio setting? I would like to help guide you through fundamental yoga postures to feel comfortable and safe as you experience the many benefits of mind and body in your practice. We will cover 12 core postures that are taught in many public classes, breathing techniques, and the basics of meditation to get you started.
Reignite Your Practice—Are you an experienced and dedicated yogi, but would like some 1-on-1 time to take your practice to the next level? A private session is a great way to focus on your personal goals. In our initial session we will assess your goals and develop your personalized plan.
